LAW ENFORCEMENT APPRECIATION DAY AT SOUTH BOSTON SPEEDWAY

The Virginia State Police Help Eliminate Auto Theft Program (HEAT) sponsored Law Enforcement Appreciation Day at the South Boston Speedway on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

First Sergeant Peter Lazear, HEAT Program Coordinator, was joined by Senior Special Agent Shannon Pinto, Program Support Technician Senior Marilyn Elam, and Senior Trooper N. Hollandsworth in greeting the public and sharing educational information on theft prevention. Fans recognized law enforcement members during a parade around the racetrack.
