2024 Heat Award Nomination Form For Agencies

Virginia State Police HEAT Awards represent four key areas in the fight against auto theft. HEAT Awards recognize agencies that have gone above and beyond to help eliminate auto theft. To be considered for an award, agencies must be able to demonstrate above-average efforts in the following areas: Enforcement, Intelligence, Prevention or Recovery. (NOTE: For the Public Outreach Award you only need to complete the Prevention section.) All fields are required to submit a nomination. If a field is not applicable, mark ‘n/a’ and proceed. Please be as specific as possible while completing your nomination. Entries that do not provide sufficient details of the agency’s efforts will not be eligible for an award.
