HEAT AT THE VIRGINIA INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW

Richmond, VA – The Virginia State Police HEAT program was proudly represented at the 2023 Virginia International Auto Show, held at the Greater Richmond Convention Center, February 17-19, 2023.   

First Sergeant Peter Lazear, HEAT Program Coordinator, was joined by Lieutenant David Beckner, Senior Special Agent Shannon Pinto, Program Support Technician Senior Marilyn Elam, and Special Agent Richard Hubbs in greeting the public and sharing educational information on auto theft prevention. 

The HEAT Corvette was an attention-grabber for auto show visitors and HEAT giveaways offered handy reminders to lock your vehicle and secure your valuables. 

The Virginia State Police Recruitment Unit was also present – happy to discuss career opportunities and the many benefits of becoming a VSP Trooper.
